FAQ
A: Both party packages are for up to 6 girls and cost £115, additional guest are £10 each
A: We will provisionally book your party in our diary, then send you a booking form, we ask for the booking form to be completed and returned along with a non refundable £15 deposit which can be paid by cheque, postal order or cash. We will then email you confirmation of the party and receipt of deposit. The outstanding balance is due on our arrival of the party, in cash only. If you would prefer to pay by cheque, then we will need to receive this, and it will need to be cleared at least 5 working days before the party.
Q: How many guests can I have at a party?
A: No Minimum - Maximum of 15 ( 10 or more and the party will be plus half an hour)
A: 2 hours approx
A: Before or after we arrive.
A: At least 15 mins prior to party.
Q: How many hosts will there be?
A: Usually 2-3, but maybe more depending on how many guests there are.
Q: Do you provide music?
A: yes, we have an ipod with a docking station, and provide the latest chart music.
Q: Are parents allowed to stay during the party?
A: Yes, however the girls seem more relaxed and more themselves when their parents are not watching.
Q: Where can I hold a party?
A: Anywhere, in your home or any other venue. All we ask is that we have enough room to carry out treatments.
Q: When do you need to know final numbers?
A: At least 5 working days before the party.
Q: What do we expect from you?
A: We do not ask alot, but we ask that enough room is provided to carry out treatments, and a plug socket and extension lead is provided. We expect the guests to arrive with NO make up on and that nails do not have nail varnish on. We ask that all girls are checked for nits and lice before the party, because if we find them we will be unable to carry out any further hair treatment on the guest which will be embarrassing for them and we will have to sterilise everything before continuing with the party, which will delay everyone.
We would also like reassure you, that all our electrical equipment is PAT tested and that all our tools are cleaned and sterilized before every party. All of our staff are NVQ qualified.
