REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
REFUNDS- Will be given if we go into a National Lockdown or we have to cancel the event due to Local restriction mesaures.
TRANSFERS- If you have to isolate and cannot make the event you have the following options
- Join us virtual- We will deliver everything you need to do this event virtual with a member of our team.
- Transfer to another date or service that we offer
- Sell / gift your ticket to a friend/ Family member - update us with the details so we can amend the guest list.
**Please note due to covid restrictions we cannot take muliple bookings- only 1 booking per customer.
This includes 1 adult or 2 adults either from the same household or support bubble for FREE.
HOW WE ARE KEEPING YOU SAFE ......
STAFF
-Staff are called 48 hours before their shifts to check for symptoms and if they are well for work
-All staff have their temperature taken on arrival
- staff will wear mask and / or visors
- staff have agreed not to take public transport to and from work
- Uniform to only be worn inside the building not going and coming to work
- Staff have been put into “work bubbles”
- all staff have been given specialised infection control advanced training
CUSTOMERS
- Temperature checks taken on arrival
- Hand washing/ sanitising before entering our spa and party rooms
- Track and trace system in place
- Safety screens where needed
- One way system in place
- Longer times in between bookings for a thorough cleaning of all the
usual cleaning plus cleaning down of door handles, rails, toilets etc etc
- Parents must wear face masks, wash / santise their hands on arrival and have
their temperature taken aswell
